LANDI KOTAL: Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri has visited District Khyber and inaugurated a 12-kilometre road from Shagai Bazaar to Lowara Mena in Mallagori and Link Road on Saturday.
The Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul Haq Qadri visited Mallagori and inaugurated a 12-kilometre road from Shagai Bazaar to Lowara Mena in district khyber.
Noorul Haq Qadri also visited the site of Shlaman Water Supply Scheme Project where he was given a detailed briefing regarding the project.
Speaking on the occasion, Qadri said that the completion of a megaproject would benefit thousands of families in Khyber Landi Kotal, Loi Shalman and Kam Shalman areas and will resolve the long-lasting demand for clean drinking water.
The minister said that the PTI government was giving special attention to the development of tribal districts as the region had been ignored in the past.
Qadri thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for making the framework on the Shalman Water Scheme project and taking serious steps for initiating the construction work.
