KP CM advisor visits Torkham border

LANDIKOTAL: Advisor to Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ghazan Jamal visited Torkham border and checked the ongoing projects including the under-construction terminal complex, official said on Tuesday.

Ghazi Jamal inspected various departments of the Torkham terminal and issued directives to the officials to ensure the quality of the construction work.

Col, Faisal of Swat Scout briefed the chief minister advisor at the Torkham border.

Ghazan Jamal later checked the 24 hours operation and transportation process of transit goods from and to Afghanistan.

He told the authorities to ensure the beautification of pedestrians and provide the best possible facilities to passengers.

Khyber district deputy commissioner Mehmood Aslam Wazir, assistant commissioner of Landikotal Muhammad Imran, additional collector custom Arbab Qaisar Khan, Additional Collector Customs Arbab Qaisar Khan and National Logistic Company(NLC)manager Col,(R)Abdul Sattar were also present on the occasion.
