LANDIKOTAL: Tanzeem-e-Asatiza Landikotal chapter demanded that the government abolish the co-education system in the country’s educational institutions as it speaks obscenity and nudity and is against Islamic values and norms.
President Tanzeem-e-Asatiza Sharifullah Afridi said that they were working for the betterment of students’ and teachers’ capacity building so they could impart their due role. He said teachers were the moral parents of their students who could also be trained morally.
Sharifullah Afridi said it was the prime duty of a teacher to work on the student’s character and polish their leadership qualities. He said obscenity and nudity have become standard practices in educational institutions due to the co-education system. They added that not only the culture but Islamic law also forbids boys and girls to sit together on any occasion.
He said just because of the co-education system shameful incidents happen in educational institutions every day.
Sharifullah said the social structure of Pakistani society had reached the verge of destruction due to obscenity and nudity in educational institutions.
He said they were not against girls’ education but they want only female staff posted in the girl’s educational institutions.
The Tanzeem-e-Asatiza Landikotal demanded of the government to take concrete steps for the Islamic education system in the country and abolish the co-education system all at once in the country.
Sharifullah Afridi also asked the Statistical Institute officials that the remaining compensation should be given to the teachers who served in the census as soon as possible
