LANDIKOTAL: Two people were killed while two others including a woman were injured when a rival party opened firing in Sheikhmal village in Landikotal, sources said on Saturday.
The sources said that Sarab Shah and Abul Hassan parties had a land dispute for a long. He said the incident happened when the Abu Hassan party was busy with construction work over the disputed land. He added that a few persons of the rival party first opened guns firing and killed two persons on the spot. Two others including a woman were also injured. Police rushed to the spot and controlled the situation.
Those killed were identified as Noman and Asfandyar while injured were Wasif and the wife of Tilawat Shah sustained bullet injuries. They were rushed to a hospital in Landikotal.
