LANDIKOTAL: On the fifth day of Sheikh Gul Sahib’s death a large number of people including the defence minister visited the residence of federal minister Doctor Noorul Haq Qadri in land Kotal for condolences, family sources said on Sunday.
The sources said that federal defence minister Pervez Khattak first arrived accompanied by Commissioner Peshawar Shahab Ali Shah. He offered a prayer for the departed soul and condoled doctor Noorul Haq Qadri and former senator Hafiz Abdul Malik on the demise of his father.
Meanwhile, former governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Iqbal Zafar Jhagra,
a minority member of the Punjab province assembly Mahedar Pal Singh, MNA Zahid Durrani and Sardar Beshan Sing also arrived at the Qadri residence and condoled the death of the federal minister.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader including Rahim Shah Mohmand, minority minister Wazirzada, former advisor to defence minister Saiful Islam, former MNA Hamidul Haq and other political and religious leaders paid their visits to Landikotal and offered their special prayers for the departs out of Sheikh Gul Sahib.
