ANSS members elect 11 board directors

TORONTO: The Afghan Network For Social Services (ANSS) Canada held its annual election on Sunday to elect eleven directors for 2018-19.

A total of 109 members of the ANSS cast their votes, whereas, one ballot paper was declared invalid and ANSS officials said.
Eleven were elected out of a total of sixteen candidates who contested.

According to election committee results,
1-Mr Fazal Amin Shinwari, 66 votes out of 108 votes,
2- Ms. Khanam Surya Jabarkhel, 55 votes out of 108 votes,
3- Ms. Palwasha Salehi, 55 votes out of 108 votes,
4- Mr. Haji Mohammad Ayub, 52 votes out of 108 votes,
5- Mr. Haji Mohammad Fawad is 50 votes out of108 votes,
6-Mr Arif Orya, 48 votes out of 108 votes,
7- Mr. Naeemullah Naeemi, 46 votes out of 108 votes,
8- Mr. Haji Niamat Ullah Majdidi,43 votes of out 108 votes,
9- Ms. Khanam Azizi Siddique,40 votes out of 108 votes,
10- Mr. Abdul Salaam, 40 votes out of 108 votes,
11- Ms. Khanam Azziza Zari,35 votes out of 108.

Afghan Network For Social Services (ANSS) was established on 12/11/2017 in Toronto for the greater cause of providing professional services to communities in need, its operations will not be restricted to Toronto but will expand beyond Canada’s borders and ANSS will strive for the greater good of all humanity across the globe.
