PESHAWAR: A soldier of the Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom and seven others were injured in a terrorist attack on the security forces in North Waziristan, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Thursday.
Inter-Services Public Relations said on Thursday that 34-year-old Naik Yaseen, a resident of Malakand, was martyred while seven others sustained injuries during the attack in North Waziristan’s Mirali area.
The ISPR said the security forces responded promptly and killed two terrorists in the retaliatory firing. Ten terrorists were also injured in the gunfight, ISPR Added.
