Rallies spark countrywide anger against Israel

DISTRICT KHYBER: Like the other parts of the country, different political and religious parties on Friday arranged rallies to show their solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Tanzeem Ahle Sunnat Waljumat Khyber district arranged a huge rally in Jamrud.

A car rally, led by Adnan Qadri, was started from Karkhano markets and ended at Bab-e-Khyber in Jamrud tehsil in district Khyber.

Speaking on occasion, Adnan Qadri said the Muslim world was protesting against the Israel occupation on Palestinian soil.

He pointed to those who killed four of his family member in Jamrud in an ambush, Adnan Qadri said his family was targeted to shut the voice of Haq but they failed. He saluted the Palestinian martyred. They also burnt the Israel flag and chanted slogans against Jewish people.

Meanwhile, Jamat-e-Islami arranged a rally in the Landikotal bazaar. A large number of party workers and residents participated. They were holding Palestinian flags and marched from Bacha Khan Chowk and gathered outside the Landikotal press club.

Speakers including JI leader Murad Hussain, Abdur Rauf Shinwari, and Ziaul Haq Afridi termed the attack on Masjid Al-Aqsa an attack on Islam. They said they said only eight million Jewish people occupied the whole world. They said Jamat-e-Islami collecting funds to help innocent Palestinian citizens.

Jamiat Ulema Islam district Khyber also arranged a separate rally at Bab-e-Khyber. They chanted slogans against Israel’s aggression and brutalities in which they killed around three hundred Palestinian citizens including women, children, and elderly people.
