According to sources, the Pakistan Army’s special forces stormed a counter-terrorism center in the Bannu district of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province on Tuesday and killed all 33 terrorists, ending a nearly two-day-long hostage crisis.
Two soldiers embraced martyrdom, and ten people, including three officers, were injured during the operation. Three other terrorists were also arrested during the operation, and the entire CTD compound was cleared by 2:30 pm, sources said.
