Two Pakistan Army soldiers were martyred in Bajaur district’s Hilal Khel area on Wednesday. during a gunfight with terrorists, according to a press release from the military’s media wing.
The statement issued from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) identified the martyrs as a 30-year-old resident of Malakand Lance Naik Imtiaz Khan and a 33-year-old resident of Kohat Naik Taj Muhammad.
The incident took place between the night of November 15 and 16. During an intense exchange of fire, a terrorist also was killed. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorist, The ISPR added.
Sanitization of the area is being carried out to eliminate any terrorists found in the area.
