BARA: Three young men were shot dead in Tirah Valley of Khyber District, reportedly on suspicion of espionage, local sources said Thursday.
The victims were identified as Naveed, son of Sher Gulam; Ibrahim, son of Masoor; and Samad, son of Payeo Khan — all residents of the Zangi Khel tribe of Malk Din Khel.
Locals said Naveed was the only brother among seven sisters. Ibrahim and Samad belonged to the respected Ranragal family. The killings, allegedly carried out by militants, have caused widespread outrage.
Security forces have launched an investigation. No group has claimed responsibility so far.
