LANDIKOTAL: After the complaints and criticism of the locals and news reports published in the media about the unhygienic and hazardous food at Landikotal bazaar, the political tehsildar of Landikotal launched a crackdown against the hotels’ owners violating the hygiene principles and selling the various items with huge prices.
Shams ul Islam, the Political Tehsildar of the Landikotal subdivision along with a huge contingent of Khasadar force personnel raided several shops, and hotels and checked the condition of various items which they were selling to the customers.
The administrative officials strictly instructed the shopkeepers and hotel owners to obey the precautions of doctors to avoid dangerous diseases and to ensure a clear environment at the markets.
The officials also issued orders to the sanitation and other relevant staff deployed at Landiktoal Bazar to perform their duties punctually and clear all the waste time when it was thrown by the shopkeepers, butchers, and other shopkeepers.
