PESHAWAR: Unknown gunmen in latamber area of Karak District killed a Policeman guarding polio vaccinators on Tuesday during five days national immunization campaign.
According to sources, the policeman was on duty with a polio team in the remote Karak district in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa in Pakistan when unknown gunmen opened fire.
The assailants fled the scene and a police search operation was underway to capture them, sources added
There were no claims of responsibility for the deadly shooting.
