RAWALPINDI: Pakistan today conducted a successful flight test of Babur Cruise Missile and sea with high accuracy at a range of 700 KMs,” said a statement issued by the ISPR, media wing of Pakistan army.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). the cruise missile incorporates advanced aerodynamics and avionics that can strike targets with high accuracy at a range of 700 kilometers.
The missile comes with the latest navigation system and has capability of carrying every kind of warhead, the statement added.
Meanwhile, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) Zubair Mehmood Hayat has felicitated engineers and scientists for conducting successful test of the missile.
President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbas also congratulated the engineers and scientists for the missile test.
