KHAR: A civilian was killed in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast on Wednesday in the Gabre area of Tehsil Mamund, Bajaur district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
According to the source, Abdul Rahim son of Salim Khan was on their way home when the planted IED explosion occurred along the path.
The deceased was shifted to the hospital.
After the explosion, police and security forces rushed to the site immediately. The police cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.
No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
