LANDIKOTAL: The locals and transporters of Pakistan and Afghanistan face difficulties on the Peshawar Torkham highway when they are stuck during heavy floods in the Khyber area of Landikotal.
According to sources, some Rs. 7 billion were spent on constructing this road but the locals, traders and transporters have complained that at various points where flood water passes through, the over bridges have not been constructed which increases the miseries of locals, Afghan nationals and transporters when they stuck on the road due to heavy floods.
