LANDIKOTAL: Three persons including two children were killed when roof of a room collapsed due to continued rain in border village of Pasedkhel in Landikotal, police sources said on Tuesday.
Landikotal police Station House Officer(SHO) Amjad Shalmani said that due to heavy rain Charbagh village in the Pasedkhel area caved in late Tuesday night. He said 43- year-old Saleem and his grandsons Fawad,2, and Highway 3, were buried alive.
As the incident happened residents and frontier corps personnel rushed to the site and started rescue work. They retrieved dead bodies from the debris.
