WAZIRISTAN: An army officer and 4 soldiers were wounded in an attack on security forces by militants in South Waziristan tribal district on Thursday.
According to the sources, the militants attacked military forces near Badr Bridge in Ladha sub-division. The captain and four security personal were injured in the attack. They were taken to a hospital.
Soon after the incident, security forces cordoned off the area and conducted a search operation.
