RAWALPINDI: Three brave soldiers of the Pakistan Army were martyred while successfully neutralizing three Khawarij terrorists during separate fire exchanges with Security Forces in the Tirah Valley of Khyber District.

According to a news release from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Army troops effectively engaged and killed four Khawarij terrorists.

However, during the fierce exchange of fire, three courageous soldiers—Havildar Inam Gul (37 years old, from District Mianwali), Sepoy Muhammad Imran (29 years old, from District Tank), and Sepoy Altaf Khan (22 years old, from District Mardan)—valiantly embraced martyrdom.

The ISPR added, “A sanitization operation is underway to eliminate any remaining Khawarij in the area, as Pakistan’s Security Forces are committed to eradicating terrorism. The sacrifices of our brave soldiers only strengthen our determination.”
