LANDIKOTAL: Police foiled a bid to smuggle heroin and Ice drugs in Landikotal and arrested three smugglers, officials said on Saturday.
Additional Station House Officer of Landikotal police station Fazal Rehman Afridi said they took action on the tip-off and stopped three pedestrians near Khyber Sultankhel Markets in Landikotal.
He said 7.5 kilograms of heroin and two kilograms of Ice drugs were recovered. Police arrested the three-drug traffickers identified as Umar Zeb, Adil Khan and Muhammad Khan and shifted them to the Landikotal sub-jail for further investigation.
