LANDIKOTAL: A health officials headed by secretary health and secretary Home affairs Homes affairs on Thursday visited the Torkham border and inspected the hospital established at Zero point of the Torkham border.
Secretary health Imtiaz Shah was received by deputy commissioner Khyber Mansoor Arshad at the Torkham border.
Secretary health was briefed about the newly established hospital at Torkham border. He asked the health staff about the health facilities being given to the patients who visit the hospital at the Pakistani side of the Pak-Afghan border.
The high-level team inspected assured the health staff that the government would provide all possible health facilities. The health secretary directed the health staff to ensure the best possible health services to the Afghan patients.
Pakistan army and border officials were also present during the visit of health officials.
