Kurram: Female teachers protest in response to the assassination of their fellow educators

SADDA: Women teachers held a protest demonstration here on Sunday against the brutal killing of teachers in the Tari Mangal area of Kurram district.

At the protest held in front of the Kurram Press Club in Parachinar, leaders of the women teachers expressed that the recent killing of their colleagues was a horrific event that goes down in history as one of the worst. They, along with children, took to the streets today to demand justice and protest against this heinous crime.
The protesters expressed their grief and regret over the death of the teachers in the presence of other teachers and the principal. They demanded that all individuals present in the school at the time of the incident be apprehended and investigated.
On May 4, a person named Muhammad Sharif was killed in a moving vehicle by unknown persons on Shalozan Road in the Kurram district.
“After this incident, armed individuals entered Tari Mangal High School in Kurram district in the border area and opened fire, resulting in the deaths of three workers and four teachers. Following the incident, transportation routes and all educational institutions in the area remain closed.”
