LANDIKOTAL: Two persons, who were separately abducted a few days ago from various areas of Jamrud, found dead in Jamrud tehsil of Khyber tribal district, sources said on Saturday.
The sources said that Haji Walayat Shah Afridi was missing found dead in Ali Masjid locality. Sources said he was tortured and burn injuries were seen on his body.
Walayat Shah was a local elder and head of his clan, however, no one yet claimed the killing.
Meanwhile, another person identified as Alif Khan Afridi who was also missing found unconscious in the Ghundi area of Jamrud tehsil, sources said. He was taken to the hospital where he could not survive.
Hospital sources said that the slain person was fed poison in a meal that caused his death.
