BARA: Security forces have so far killed 25 terrorists in intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in the Tirah Valley of Khyber district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the military’s media ISPR said on Tuesday.
A statement issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the Tirah area of Khyber, where 25 terrorists including high-value terrorist Abu Zar, alias Saddam were killed.
The ISPR reported that during the operation, four soldiers of the security forces were martyred.
The ISPR A statement said that the operations were based on “robust intelligence” and resulted in major setbacks to Fitna al Khawarij and its affiliates.
This operation has dealt a severe blow to the terrorist network and its associated elements, ISPR added.
