WANA: The tribal journalist of South Waziristan has appealed to the chief justice of Pakistan to take action against the Khojal Khel tribe whose elder illegally destroyed his three houses.
Talking at a press conference at the Wana press club the other day, Hafizullah Wazir, tribal journalist, chairman of Wana press club, and ARY news reporter said that the Khojal Khel tribe burnt our three houses which were against the law.
He said that the act of the Khojal Khel tribe was against the rule of law and it also violated the civil judge’s instructions who has called on the Khojal Khel tribe elders on the 19th of march.
Violating the law, the Khojal Khel tribe sent Lashkar(a Group of Elders consisted men and youth) who later burnt and destroyed our three large houses.
He appealed to the chief justice of Pakistan to take action against the Khojal Khel tribe for destroying their three houses illegally.
