Bajaur: One person was killed and two others were wounded when their vehicle hit an improvised explosive device (IED) planted at the roadside in Mamund Tehsil of Bajaur District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on Monday.
According to the source, Itbaar Khan, Attaur Rahman, and Khalil were travelling to a nearby area when the IED went off, killing Itbaar Khan and injuring Attaur Rahman and Khalil Khan. The vehicle was destroyed in the explosion. After the explosion, residents of nearby areas arrived and transported the wounded to the Khar District Headquarters Hospital.
