MIR ALI: Three people were killed in a targeted killing in Mirali tehsil of North Waziristan tribal district.
According to the sources, unidentified armed men opened fire on Firdous and Azmar Ali and shoot them dead in Mir Ali Bazaar.
The attackers fled the scene unchallenged.
a body identified as Fayyaz was recovered from the Khushali area.
Sources added that the slain Fayyaz was kidnapped from Mir Ali Bazaar a few days back.
Local residents blamed the administration of the district has strictly prohibited the display of weapons but even then targeted killing is rising in the area.
Residents said that a dozen locals are killed yearly in mysterious targeted attacks. Many people are killed inside their homes in daring attacks, causing widespread panic.
