PESHAWAR: Afghan Taliban have appointed Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, senior leader, and former deputy to Mullah Omar, as the head of its political office in Qatar, Baradar has also been appointed as the third deputy of Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of Taliban.
