Security Forces Continue Intelligence-Based Operations in KP Under Azm-e-Istehkam Vision

PESHAWAR: Security forces are continuing intelligence-based operations (IBOs) across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the government’s Azm-e-Istehkam Vision, targeting militants and dismantling their networks, according to security sources.

Sources said security forces carried out a series of intelligence-based operations in Lakki Marwat district, during which several militants were killed. Their hideouts were also destroyed as part of the operation.

A significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and other militant equipment was recovered from the sites, the sources added.

According to the sources, several members of Fitna al-Khawarij were also injured during the operations, while search and clearance activities remain underway to eliminate any remaining militant presence in the area.

Security officials reiterated their resolve to continue intelligence-led operations under the Azm-e-Istehkam Vision to eradicate terrorism and ensure lasting peace and stability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other affected regions.
