Islamabad: The Government of Pakistan has appointed Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Mubarak Zeb as the Minister for Tribal Affairs.
The newly appointed Minister for Tribal Affairs, Mubarak Zeb, has expressed his commitment to assuming his responsibilities soon and taking practical steps to address the issues of tribal areas. He stated that the government is determined to accelerate the development process in tribal districts and prioritize the resolution of public concerns.

According to sources, the government is expected to announce a comprehensive policy on tribal affairs soon, which will include various projects aimed at improving infrastructure, education, healthcare, and employment opportunities.
Mubarak Zeb Khan, a Member of the National Assembly (MNA), represents the NA-8 Bajaur constituency.
In the April 2024 by-elections, he contested as an independent candidate and secured a decisive victory in both the NA-8 Bajaur and PK-22 Bajaur-IV constituencies.
