CHARSADDA: Nadia Gulzar, sister of PTI MNA Shandana Gulzar, on Friday accused senior officials and PTI MNA Fazal Muhammad Khan of interfering in a land dispute that turned deadly.

At a press conference, Nadia said her ex-husband, Adam Ali Khan, refused to transfer 82 kanals of land given to her as mehr despite court orders. She said she later sold the land to Afzal Bashir Umarzai, son of ANP leader Shakeel Umarzai. When Afzal tried to take possession, two of his associates were killed in an attack allegedly led by Adam.

Nadia, who says she was in Islamabad at the time, claims she was wrongly named in the FIR under pressure from officials. She also accused Peshawar Commissioner Riaz Mahsud — allegedly a business partner of her ex-husband — of manipulating revenue records against her.

The Umarzai family backed her claims and urged the Peshawar High Court to ensure justice.
