JAMRUD: The Jamrud Press Club has concluded its annual elections for 2025, with Sajid Ali securing the position of president. He defeated his opponent, Nawab Sher.
The election, held on Sunday at the Jamrud Press Club, was conducted under the observation of Khyber Bar President Farhad Afridi and his colleagues, who expressed satisfaction with the transparent process.
Other cabinet members were elected unopposed, including General Secretary Muhammad Akbar Afridi, Senior Vice President Shafaat Afridi, Vice President Ali Akbar Afridi, Joint Secretary Shaber Afridi, Finance Secretary Dilawar Afridi, and Press Secretary Amirzada Wisal.
In his address, Sajid Ali thanked the members for their peaceful participation and vowed to work collectively for the welfare of the press club and the betterment of the region through responsible journalism.
